Im actually right handed. My camera on my mac recoreds the opposite sorry and what selector are you talking about?

I think he means that tone control. It cut's mids off when it's enabled.

But does it really work. When I listened a demo from RGA commercial by Ibanez I didn't hear any difference. I think i'm going to get this guitar next ;)

It scoops some of the mids out of the tone and creates a different tone=)
