I've still been training this skill hard, and while I've gotten more flexible, I still can't kick my legs over, I still have to use my hands. I'm wondering how long you've been training this skill and how old are you now? Do you have a contortion/yoga/circus background or what? Also, did it take you a long time to be able to kick them over once you were already able to get them over using your hands?

ummmm. I am natrually pretty flexible but not SUPER! flexible I suppose my biggest advantage what I started when i was young. When I first put my leg behind my head without touching it took a lot of momentum and I barely got it behind my head. It takes time :-)
That made more than two years that one does not see you any more making your frontbend which is very important, when you put your legs behind your back!
Can you still make the same thing today and perhaps which you have a flexibility even larger now?
Can you make a new longer video from four to five minutes or as a long time as you can it, in all your possibilities of feet behind the head or legacy behind your back!
Next time you should try doing that using your hands. Maybe you could get your legs all the way to the bottom of your back and walk on your hands. lol
this doesnt hurt ur junk lol trust me if u have weaker joints(double jointed is what they call it) then you can do stuff like this easy. i can put both legs behind my head to they go to my shoulders
Insane! How often do you stretch? I had to train for years to get my legs locked behind my head, but there's no way I can do it without using my hands. Do you have any tips for being able to get the legs over without hands?
Put one leg behind your head using your head then push it down and try to arch your back this will force the leg to stretch obviously don't push to hard or try to tug that will just tear your muslces or dislocate your leg/knee. Then repeat with the other leg. Also be patient :-)
...looks like you could get them all the way down to your waist if you did use your hands...would love to see that from behind. Fantastic flexibility!
