You were playing too fast, try playing slower and dont panic while getting in hard parts, just keep the rythm. Playing on low tempo is better than making a hundred mistakes remember. Also, try to keep some higher volume on the left hand. Also after many practising the fingers move by themselves, so you must concentrate on the foot. Hope you get better :)

would've been better if u added a little more variation to the left hand. i see the right hand doing all the work while the left hand gets all easy 1note-ers XD

try doing the left hand in octaves, might sound better =P

Not to rain on your parade, I can tell you're a big Evangelion fan, but your rhythm is kind of off, and the tone of the main melody is kind of 'harsh'. Try playing it slow using a metronome.
