Mairzy Doats is a novelty song composed in 1943 by Milton Drake, Al Hoffman and Jerry Livingston. It was first played on radio station WOR, New York, by Al Trace and his Silly Symphonists. The song made the pop charts several times, with a version by the Merry Macs reaching No. 1 in March 1944.
I've never watched this show, but I saw something on you tube with this character with black hair and when I clicked to watch this video I thought that this scene took place years into the future.
Bob's hair was grey. Though not as much as Mr. Palmer's. Myth or whatever of hair turing as such overnight increases spook(ed) factor... grey hair was ed flag, let alone behavior. Soon as I saw him grieve.. He Was It!
@RandyEats12 yeah, too bad this guy went from this good show to playing a devil on that terrible counterfeit television channel. I can't even remember the name of the show.
@IsoscelesKramer ive always assumed he was back there waiting for the women to show up in the room - and when they had gotten seated, and started talking about something related to laura's death, he stepped out and interrupted. (a scene in cooper's dream duplicates someone hiding behind furniture in the Palmer house)
i learned this song because leland makes it amazing and it really annoys my mum for some reason. i love singing it because i feel psychotic in the cool way (like leland! haha)
So sinister when you know what's going on. I've been singing this all day... I'm so glad chiller shows this wonderful show that I was only 4 and 5 when it was on.
ray wise is really an outstanding actor, i really loved his character in Twin Peaks, even though he was evil, he did such a good job playing good and evil
I just watched this episode last night and can't get this damn song out of my head. On another note, anyone else think Sheryl Lee is extremely hot in those glasses?
why do i keep watching this?? i'm to be worried about..

Sing mares eat oats, and does eat oats, and little lambs eat ivy,
