If I remember the Michel Gondry DVD properly, even the clip where Meg say's 'Are you alright' actually IS lego: She and Jack were filmed, then they pixellated the shit out of it, THEN they took it frame by frame and replaced the pixels with lego. Gondry doesn't resort to computers unless there's no other way - and in this case there was a way.

They are just as mainstream as any other popular artist, you would just rather believe that you are rebelling against something by embracing an artist that is just as mainstream as the music you claim to hate. Any CD that you didn't buy from a long-haired self-promoter in a parking lot is mainstream nonetheless.
