I have the same condition as Paula - also with my neck and lower back, failed surgery syndrome and spinal cord damage, been on all the same medications. People DON"T KNOW what it feels like when your arms and back - even your feet are on fire, and electrical signals (it is literally VOLTAGE misfiring from the spinal cord, .... and you feel like the back of your neck is plugged into a light socket running down your arms and back, and your legs. The drugs produce electrical dampening in the cord.
