Leech woman was Andre Toulon (The Puppet Master) wife. She murdered by the Nazi's while they were trying to find the secret to his puppets. He took her life essence by extracting her brain and creating the life essence formula, injecting it into a doll he made for her birthday. He then stuck a leech down the dolls throat where (presumably) the leech lives off the formula as well.
