you can tell how old you really are by the way you get angry. when something traumatizing happens to you as a child thats when you stop growing it cold be when you were 2 or 5 and anything is traumatizing to a little kid not being let to go play outside could be traumatizing so when you get angry you have to talk to your inner child tell her its ok. it takes time put you will improve. your spirituality still stuck as that little girl so just talk to her. :)

Hey, Sexy....good seeing you posting again! I may have missed something on your video, but you may want to curtail that anger for something or someone who truly deserves the wrath. Getting a headache from what you described, doesn't seem healthy to me and a lot like wasted energy...energy that I'm sure could be put to much better use.
