I main ROB and this is one of my least favorite match ups. You can typically force most spammy projectile users to stop by using the laser and the gyro, but Pit's is so fast and precise if used right. That and his side-b works great against ROB for offense and defense. Pit is one of the only characters that can force ROB player into close range effectively.
Great players here again. Red Pit for the win!..! Wonderful gameplay, played very smartly. --I was surprised to here Pit's voice in this japanese version.
@Xanondorf Yes, I'd have to say that that's a technique. Grabbing the ledge grants you ledge-invincibility and a position that is difficult for your opponent to assault for when your opponent comes off the spawn-platform with their own, portable (but temporary) god-mode.
all the people u know play like masashi? i doubt it man, maybe they use as much arrows as masashi does but there is a big difference, masashi actually uses the arrows SMARTLY u think he is just shooting em stupidly but believe it or not he actually thinks every move he does, and that is pit's deffense game, get over it, alot of characters in this game have to camp, and if u dont like it quit already and go play with ur barbie crap so u wont be able to complain about anything
@Zitox2010 and btw i dont use pit anymore, i havent played with him in alot of time, and im pretty sure I can 3 stock ur ass anytime i want,, spamming or not

@daML1994 You and Ocean have insanely strong skills. I, myself use R.O.B as my main, (though probably not as good as Ocean, I use a similar style and yet it's more aggressive) and I use Metaknight as my secondary. I would love to try a match against an expert like you, so could you PM me your friend code?
get your facts straight.. "THIS Masashi" (as you call him) has been in the smash scene for a very long time now, and he's one of Japan's top players, his Fox (Melee) was considered the best in Japan and definitely top 3 in the world... so he's not one of your stupid friends doing stupid things , you moron... this is how you play Pit if you want to have an actual chance against good players... do yourself a favor and shut the fuck up...

im pretty sure this is the best pit player in japan, in fact i some1s post on swf said that its because of him that pits high tier in japan. also its a lot harder to successfully do all the ats he does consecutivly unless ur extremly skilled with them
