  • that is not good squatting you are dropping to fast learn to controll the weight squat slower....

  • Go read some more fitness mags canvasguy. Nobody in the strength world squats slow. Just get down and up as fast as you can. Dont waste your energy trying to go slow on the negitives. I am closing in on an 800 raw squat in the next year, I didnt do it by squatting slow. Down and up, as long as you dont loose control of the weight, you are fine.

  • Good Squat. I hope you like the nothern lights squat rack as much as I do

  • You look like you handled that easy. You should get a spotter so you can do a real workout. I think you can do 545 easy within a short period of time if you get spotter and workout some.
