  • You can see where all the people have been training in the floor, thats amazing !

  • what is the draw wieght of a yumi?

  • Sorry, I dont remember :(

    Greetings

  • I have practiced kyudo for quit some time now, The draw weights are from 10 Kilograms (22 Pounds) all the way to 25 Kilograms (55 Pounds).

  • ok thanks, i was just thinking about how that compares with the american recurves i like to shoot.

  • @campfirestring In ancient times Japanese yumi ranged from 20 kilo to 45 kilo. today the range is 6 kilo to 30 with most people shooting in the middle around 15 to 20 kilo. But the taller a person is the longer the draw and more weight has to be added.

  • Hej, znasz mojego brata? Ktoś Ty? Pozdrawiam. Miras

  • Was this at the Kyudo range close to the daigaku?

  • Yes Antje, this one. Greetings.

  • How strong were these bows?

The sound of release is quite sharp, could be due to the mic though.

  • Sorry, I don't remember, but indeed, my camer is not good.
