He got five years. With a couple already served and probation (He'll probably earn it by running the prison Sunday school or some such spiritual reawakening -- AGAIN!), TE will be back on the streets in a couple of years -- with fresh, new shears to fleece the lambs.

Hey pinslasher and watchin2000, Thomas Etheredge was found guilty today of seven of the nine counts of securities fraud with which he was charged. Sentencing will be in March, and admittedly, there will be the customary appeals; also TE has had a stroke in jail and he's suffering from Parkinson's disease. While the last laugh remains to be laughed, I'll allow myself a quiet snicker about this jerk probably going to prison for a long, immensely deserved stretch. Much sympathy to his victims.
