What perfect timing for the person who shot this video. They must have waited all day for the Harpy to find a Sloth to swoop down upon. It appears that at :22 the bird is approaching the sloth, then at :23 both the bird and the Sloth disappear completely, Then somewhere between :29 and :30 the trees species change and the size of the Sloth changes. I've never heard of a Harpy Eagle preying on a sloth. I'm sure it's not impossible but, I obviously doubt this videos authenticity.

at 0:42 you can clearly see the animal the eagle is holding onto has unmistakably long claws and long arms typical of a sloth. If they're filming an eagle flying with a sloth in its grasp, it's pretty likely they filmed it grab it as well.
