I called roto-rooter to fix a clogged bath-tub drain once.....never again. It was a total nightmare. They sent me a guy that barely spoke english, he lost a part down the drain and took him a half hour to get it out, lied to me about a part I needed (which I bent back into shape in 3 seconds) so he could charge me for a second visit the next day. Believe me.....find a good local plumber and stick with him.....even if he charges a little more......believe me, its worth it
