Fashion design - red dress 01

I love the red dress, I have not yet found a hat but can look for one later this week. The belt is perfect. What shoes? Madeline has black ballet flats - that might work.

Dresses with belts are in right now. Its also best to use a complimentary color to the fabric of the dress to make the eyes move. If using a belt--simple earings and a bracelet. It will move the eye from the top to the bottom.

I like the idea of the flowers, but they seem very heavy with all of the other stuff on. Maybe if they were painted on the fabric instead of having bulky flowers hanging off of it?

Remember....less is more. Too many accessories can ruin the design of a dress. Also remember: There is a difference between designing a dress and accessorizing a look. Keep trying. Practice makes perfect.
