Here's basically my theory about "stop n' swop"; at the end of BK, if you had gotten all 100 jiggies, Mumbo shows you pictures of the blue egg, pink egg, and ice key. NOTICE that these are the only secret items he shows you. Those three items are also the only ones you can COLLECT in BT. In conclusion, the secret eggs and ice key are simply teasers for Banjo Tooie, and have no effect on the game except to make you want the sequel even more.
