Thnx to assault horizon, I'm a hawx fan. I still like the other games for ace combat. Assault horizon legacy for the 3DS is so much fun. It's basically ace combat zero but soooooo much bttr and fun. Yeh ADF!

@mr9396 It surely is, but it has it's own roles, and it can do stuff, what Su37 can't, but it would be pretty dumb to deny, that Su37 is far more better in close range dogfights. But well, it's just an arcade game not simulator, so it's forgivable

@mr9396 Argentinians Fought aganist the Sea Harrier, it had an Air Intercept radar, and operated from a carrier on station, while the argentinians, flying from the mainland, arrived to the combat area with fuel for just a few seconds of combat.

Had them had more fuel, Sea Harriers would have been in trouble.

@ElementoVolatile. Exactly my point, they can be operated at sea. Also the harriers did get engaged by Daggers with Israeli Shafrir heat-seekers, but used countermeasres more efficiently. And the skyhawks and superentards got refuled by tankers in mid air, it was the daggers what arrived at the combat zone with little fuel. Also low fuel was a problem for the harriers, one one occastion, two harriers saw four Skyhawks, each harrier destroyed one and might have downed more but for low fuel.

One thing that it is kindof flawed about the first few seconds is that the Harrier is a Army plane, not military, so u really wouldnt find that on a navy carrier

@milltiaryman001 not really sometimes when you hit a plane like hawx the missiles that you use are weak with damage not all missiles takes one in depends on the armor of the plane and strength of the rocket

@giantlabs they commonly landed VTOL though! unless they were landing at an airbase, but even then they use their nozzles to land.

the Harrier cannot take the Aim-54 long range air to air missile under its wing only the F-14 could and probably ever will because the plane wouldn't be able to take off

@MegaA009 yes u can but only for certain planes. if you go to hangar and then plane mastery youll see that there are a few planes where u can. the others either dont have a second skin or u have to buy then with points off of Uplay, which BTW is very easy to use.

@mortalkombat1984 the su-47 has a extremely high angle of attack. thats what it was designed for. the harrier wasn't. it was designed for ground support. the su-47 is not a prototype it just didnt get in to production because there were no buyers. because they rather have the t-50
