It was cut from the original release of The Exorcist. They added it back in for the 25th Anniversary release of The Exorcist. There was another version release which I haven't seen where they used CGI to "enhance" the scene. Either way, it's an amazing scene and this toy is one of my favorite desk decorations. I love cult horror!
