Has anyone actually read the Patriot Act? Nearly everything in this video is either misrepresented or simply not there. I say "nearly everything" only because I didn't have time to research everything. Regardless, virtually all in the Patriot Act is limited to specific acts and requires court orders or search warrants. It also spells out the specific judicial process (legal council, eleven judges, etc) for those arrested under any unique (not covered by other laws) provisions of the Act.

I actually had a couple of police officers say they wanted some information from me and I wasn't willing to hand it over, that actually said "We can go get a warrant". They said it with force as though it was some kind of threat. I laughed and said, "You don't understand, that is exactly what I am requiring you to do."
The patriot act is technically null. It depends on Americans being intimidated by federal authorities with a bunch of big talk. Much like police use intimidation tactics. The solution for individuals is when they show up at your door, ask to see the warrant and the name of the judge that issued it. If they don't have it tell them, that without a bonified warrant issued by a seated judge in authority, they will not have any access. PERIOD.

Has anyone actually read the Patriot Act? Nearly everything in this video is either misrepresented or simply not there. I say "nearly everything" only because I didn't have time to research everything. Regardless, virtually all in the Patriot Act is limited to specific acts and requires court orders or search warrants. It also spells out the specific judicial process (legal council, eleven judges, etc) for those arrested under any unique (not covered by other laws) provisions of the Act.

@singledad1234 That was the story written on the walls, that the elite allowed them to have festivals for entertainment and also astronomers, politicians, but they all were in service to the elite. They even examined old peasant remains that were mostly malnourished. So, the elite decided to mimick the mayan ideas.

(There are exceptions; Ron Paul being one. ) It IS the shadow government you've heard so much about. I actually had a couple of police officers say they wanted some information from me and I wasn't willing to hand it over, that actually said "We can go get a warrant". They said it with force as though it was some kind of threat. I laughed and said, "You don't understand, that is exactly what I am requiring you to do."
I never saw or heard from them again.

The patriot act is technically null. It depends on Americans being intimidated by federal authorities with a bunch of big talk. Much like police use intimidation tactics. The solution for individuals is when they show up at your door, ask to see the warrant and the name of the judge that issued it. If they don't have it tell them, that without a bonified warrant issued by a seated judge in authority, they will not have any access. PERIOD.

I do know about ROn Paul and i am in 100 percent agreement with everything ive heard him say. Yes i would have voted for him. But he was not a candidate for the final election and he did not run as an independent. I wish he would have. And i hope he does again.
