Yes, it is for GBA. It was only released in Japan(but for some reason the game is mostly in english), so your only option is to download a rom.

I haven't played this game in 2 years, but...if I remember correctly, sometimes you won't be allowed to test play your track because you have to many parts in use. Try to cut down the size a bit.

you can get it off of ebay for 40 bucks XD not sure if its worth that much but its a import so maybe you can sell it for more once your bored of it in a few years. (This kicks gps ASS)
