Carful only do it once you got Backflip normally sorted. Its a weird feeling and it will put most off. I know about 7/10 People have a panic when upside down and just try land with minimal pain when they cud continue and land. Its sad but their you go. Do it somwere safe, Gym for instance.

haha, I can do them. I did them easy. I just got my dad to hold onto my arm for the first couple of times, and then I tried it.
