  • The young guitar guy needs to come to my bed. Now.

  • Laugh. One of Pierre's songs is called "The Sign" and is about wishing that women had a sign so that he could tell if they were interested or merely being polite. Think you well and truly have the sign.

Sadly, he's now got a very lovely steady girl friend.

  • @pancentricism That's upset me LOL Oh well, i've got my thoughts ay. :P

  • Do they have a website or myspace page?

  • Wow, I am speechless!

  • This is awesome. Plays in my head for days afterward:o) I love this song

  • Thanks. I think they're planning on including it on their next album. SHould be released in time for the Broadstairs folk festival.

  • this is fantastic!

  • 5 stars, favorited! congratulations!!! a GREAT SONG AND AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PERFORMANCE! Greetings from Greece....

  • what can i say?!!! thousand stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • seen christy moore playing this live during the summer, sent chills down my spine.its a traveller song apparently.not all too sure of its origins to the bible or a pub though?anyone look into it proberly

  • Fantastic version of this song. It's even better if you see this band live (which I did on Saturday). Very atmospheric and passionate.

  • I'm jealous. Was hoping to get to Gravesend this Saturday, but it didn't work out. Hoping to see them at the Canterbury Festival early October.

  • I think that this is the fourth or fifth time I have watched this. I don't think I've enjoyed any other version of this song as much - the echoed harmony alongside the percussion of the guitar is a real compliment to the development of the main singer - the appearance of the greater depth and aggression is great! Great cover.

  • actually the song finds its origin in a bible story. it's not about a pub. and the girl you're talking about, was abused by the family members, nearby the well. the children were buried nearby the well.

  • Cheers for that. I'll try and find out where in the bible the story is mentioned.

  • it is from John 4

  • Thanks
