How do you get to that dock? Every time I almost get to it I get eaten.

I know another fun Lurker Shark glitch. You gotta be able to go to Rock Village to do it. First go to the pontoons that the Warrior has to move for you. To get to them just Roll-Jump towards them and then swim the rest of the way. Next jump into the middle gap in between the cluster of pontoons. The shark will come after you, but can't eat you. This must be done before you pay the Warrior.

@Jackxismine just cause a disk is scratched doesent mean THAT can happen, when a disk is scratched the game usually goes really slow, like lag, and the screen gets frozen like a picture a bunch of times and at the end you will just have to throw it away. that sounds like a lie

go to the place with the zoomer, cross the bridge onto the boat, jump dow from the boat to the place where the power cell was when you killed the lurker balloons. Then use the fast swim to swim to the bridege tin the middle of the water. The lurker will try to kill you. hope that helps
