Democracies guarantee basic Human Rights to every individual person allow Religious liberty-meaning freedom to worship where one wants.

Sorry but that is incredibly inaccurate. Israel does have a constitution technically just not a written one. Many countries that are democracies don't have a written democracy in fact. Another thing is the fact that Arabs in Israel are given full voting rights and even hold public office. In fact according to the Global Democracy Index Israel is ranked highest more than any other country in the Middle-East.
