Pre-mature flow seperation? Seems unlikely he'd intentionally rock the wings, those types of signals are for compliance manuevers if intercepted. Hmmm...
@4crevis You know nothing. That was a standard departure in a heavy 727 on a hot day followed by an encounter with wake turbulence from a previous departure - all handled VERY professionally. As a 20 year airline pilot, I find your uneducated cheap shot insulting.
I'm wondering whether those movements were commanded or uncommanded. If uncommanded, that could have been a precursor to an aerodynamic stall. It looks pretty scary. I don't think a commercial pilot would intentially rock the wings with such a heavy load at such a low altitude on takeoff. Definitely Phoenix, you can see Camelback mountain. Probably a hot day.
@herbergreen " I don't think a commercial pilot would intentially rock the wings with such a heavy load at such a low altitude on takeoff." - Well, he did. This takeoff was intentional. The plane wasn't so heavy. Here in Brazil, I've seen a lot of pilots take off like that, to prove to colleagues that he was good. Personally, I find ridiculous.

The stick shaker was working, I think.

maybe it is affected by the wake turbulence left over by a previous heavy aircraft (e.g. maybe a delta L1011)

What does a wing wave mean?
