I read a book, which led me to read another book, which led me to start taking kendo (Japanese fencing), which led me to take a Japanese course to remember how to count to four in Japanese, which led me to going to Yokohama to teach for a year, which took a piece of my soul from me when it was time to leave. I had to come back and get it, but Japan never let it go, so I have had to stay here these 20 years. Thanks for asking!
