What's the world record for the dead hang?
How good is it for increasing grip strength? Is it a prime exercise, like using a gripper, or merely a supplementary exercise? Do you work this like lifting weights, with repetitions after a break, or just once a week?

I do these cause they also stretch my lats when I hold my shoulders tight. Grip is a big part of that
