but talent WITHOUT the Spirit of GOD in it is not worth much really. I'd rather hear even the simplest melody and be floored on my knees weeping before GOD because of His overcoming LOVE then to hear the most technical song with ZERO presence of GOD in it. Talent AND anointing now that's a great combo but if I had a choice, I'd take the anointing ABOVE talent. Keep singing man it is beautiful and doesn't lack talent either so take it for what it is bro. God bless you

I never quite understood why faith has so MUCH prominence over so many christian artist's lyrics and music and general performances...can't we just all have our beleifs AND listen to Bob Dylan, Hendrix and Tom Waits together?

Interesting observation from having listened to testimonies of heaven and hell is that in heaven the music up there is beyond words with sounds never heard before and intermixing with colors and realities without borders. In hell it seems EVERYTHING is off chord and sounds absolutely terrible. For all the temp glory of it all all that stuff that glorifies satan in hell will ALL sound like...HELL. It's about the ANOINTING truly and what it can do in a man's life. Talent is good.

Well first of all, testimonies of heaven and hell? There is no such thing, there is no evidence there is only faith, and we don't have any biblical document on what is on the jukebox at either heaven or hell.

Also, this is not heavenly music. It is Christian folk. Big difference. In my opinion, heavenly music would have to transcend taste, exhibit talent and soul which is felt through the hearts of all men...and in hell all they have is James Blunt and the Jonas Brothers.
