The second album is about the accidental murder of his lover and how he goes insane from the realization that he murdered the only one in his life that he loves. The newest album is not about getting better, at all, but more relationship issues. Read the lyrics, mate. If anything, it's about finding comfort in the guilty pleasures and broken relationships.

This is actually the concept of this album:

- Man has a blackout one night and kills his wife.

- Man gets off on an insanity plea and ends up in a mental institution.

- Man convinces therapist he's "recovered" and is released whereupon man, still insane, cuts off his hands..kills several more people and ultimately sits in his apartment dying. At this point..our dear friend, Therapist finds him, although it's too late.

Fantastic concept album..really well-done.. BNO was an incredible band.
