@WakeUpDummies oh that's it so !.. Nothing more to say, he passed MS one day... And then he proved to the world how useless he was in a F1 cockpit... ;) Anyway, he's the best at burgers eating..
montoya is too fast aggresiv so he gives the signal to his team right after 1 shicane and the viewers think that frentzten is holding up montoya for 1/2 lap you know but this is not right! montoya:" oh my god i´m behind frentzen for 2 secounds I have to give my hand more air."
That isn't blocking at all. It is just how life is when you have to get trough back markers.
Had he been right on his tail in a corner you should expect Frentzen to use an escape road or cut a chicane slowly to let Montoya through, but even in 2011 we see much worse blocking with no penalties applied. Even with very hysteric stewards, that like to penalize everyone for everything.
hoe was zijn rijstijl toen, ook niet al te best, die heeft toch heel wat keertjes mensen er uit gereden veel schade gemaakt en dat doet die nu nog... nee die missen we niet
Funny how people bash Schumacher but forget about what Hill did to him in Suzuka 1997 for example. That was even more dirty, Hill didn't get a penalty there.... but yeah, once you build up a pre-chewed opinion it's difficult not to be narrowminded.

wow... so basically let me get this straight.. your insinuating, that Frentzen, the same one who hates Schumacher with Passion for stealing and marring his girlfriend, who pushed him off track several times, held up Montoya?,to bennefit Schumacher to win his 5th title?, really?... i must be very stupid, because that doesn't make any sense at all, and secondly, Frentzen never blocks Montoya.. Montoya was never close enough, he certainly was frustrated though, lol, but that's expected from him!!..

@mgarofano no one stopped Montoya from taking that pole and winning the race in what was the fastest car at the time, he even said before the race that he had the fastest car and he was going to win that GP... to bad Schumacher simply out drove him, and then he started getting paranoid. he should've taken the lead when he had the chane, but no... now everything else is to blame.. the comfort of the loosers... when was the last time Montoya won a championship anyway? like more than a decade ago?
Williams BMW, one of the fastest cars in 2003, couldn't overtake a Sauber at Monza with a slipstream... you know what? Schumacher out of the equasion. JPM - horribly overrated, HHF - horribly underrated and hard done by
@WhyGenFM3 I agree with you that HHF was underrated. But I disagree with you that Montoya is "horribly" overrated. He challenged Schumacher very hard that season, overtook him on the outside of bus stop at Spa in wet conditions in 2004. Somebody who can pass Michael in wet conditions on his favourite track in the best car Ferrari ever built definitely is NOT overrated. He was doing good in Formula 1 before he signed at McLaren.
@WhyGenFM3 sorry, the pass I mentionned wasn't in the wet I had it wrong in my mind. But doesn't change the fact that Montoya is not overrated. Just look at his fights with Schumacher and then you'll see what i mean.
Yes, Frentzen hurt Montoya's lap (turbulence starts to affect the cars when they get within 3 seconds), but he was still about a second ahead at the entrance to the chicane. How early do you want the lapped cars to pull over?
I don't know what i think, but hey, Montoya didn't get "clean" air since he was to close to Frentzen, meaning his front wing didn't work properly, he didn't get the downforce he needed to go around the corners faster, therefore Frentzen could pull away.
@AlbertMwugabi you took the comment right out of my keyboard. it was the fact that montoya was running in turbulence that he lost overall laptime, as well as the fact that a slower car will naturally disturb your rythm because you get sucked into their driving style, ie braking when they do even though their car is braking 10 meters earlier than yours can. this was what impeded massa in 06 when he was following alonso in quali and all the hassle that followed that weekend too
@garethkielty Fact and a simple explenation of what you guys are pointing out as to how this benefit MS and the contrary to JPM,he was defenetly hold back by the so 'corteous' HF. Any racing driver can tell you that something as tlittle as that can make you lose the momentum to say the least and this when on for various laps. The 'fairly' world of FIA and Acomplices.
this aint holding up, he was way too far behind. Also, to mr toxictrace and mgarofano: Snap out of your little chaos theory. Your "truth" is complete and utter bullshit. So?? Montoya is expecting Frentzen to stop his car and let him pass?? Montoya breaks to early and that means he hasn't got enough speed to overtake the lapped Frentzen.
Absolutely shameful. And even more disgusting what F1 management did because there was a video abaut this episode showing even Briatore protesting for such disgusting thing and the video has been erased by F1 managemnt like many other videos concerning shameful things done against Montoya by the well known cheaters.
@mgarofano Yes my friend.Hey astonishing the "comment" from Dutchie.Does the douche... knows JPM won this race-Ferrari's back garden,on his first try,or to know that JPM holds the fastest lap in F1,during Ferrari domination,or he knows this was the fastest race in f1 which was fought to nail, till the "courteous" HHF eventually thought to move,(FLAGS),or the douche... "thinks" we're as blinfolded as he's by Schumaker propaganda which it's only to cover the true, but the later prevail. MONTOYEAH.
@TOXICTRACE Absolutely true. They can do everything to hide the truth but the truth will always be.
What has been done against Montoya (because they knew Montoya was the best) by the so well known cheaters related to the establishment and what they continue to do erasing videos of truth is absolutely shameful and disgusting.
Hahaha Montoya was always bitching if he couldn't win it. in this video NOTHING what frentzen did was out of line, Montoya was to far away and Frentzen let him pass on the next straight.
@MrPifta on the main straight chicane he knew montoya was right behind him, he drove a sauber...sauber-ferrari.... That wasn't neither the first or last time that happened...
@MrPifta Frentzen was definitely holding Montoya up, especially in the second chicane (0:28). Monza is the track with least downforce. That little downforce they have are for the chicanes, Lesmo's, Ascari and Parabolica. Montoya has lost that little downforce due to Frentzen leaving behind dirty air, this results in grip loss and yea, time loss... ;)
@MrPifta miles away? on the entry of the second chicane he was like 10m in front. I hope you don't think you know a lot about F1 cuz you clearly don't. And don't tell me I don't know a lot about aerodynamics cuz clearly I do. I've studied a part of aerodynamica in university and my friend studies physics which contains complete aerodynamica. Have a good life
I am really questioning the fact that HH Frentzen held Montoya up in benefit for M Schumacher and Ferrari. I mean, he was driving the 3rd last GP of his last F1 season. M Schumacher once stole HH's girlfriend and made her his own wife, who would help that kind of guy afterwards? Definitely not a guy like HH.
@nachof248 Sauber is a Swiss manufacturer. Swiss tend to be neutral. Like I said, I'd believe the holding up -theory, if the driver was Nick Heidfeld. But it was HH Frentzen driving his 3rd last GP. He also had very bad relationship with M. Schumacher. Now what part of this did you not get you Argentinean idiot?
@MacGovernor they did the same thing with fontana, and don't call me an idiot, pedazo de pelotudo porque para bardearla se hace cara a cara gil, te haces el loco por internet bobo?
I mean this guy has till today the reacord of the fastest lap in F1 history. Is that if we can called "that" something else or what. MS won it ,but oh no some "people" says that BMW was even faster than the intergalactic piece from Ferrari.Faster than Ferrari maybe with JPM behind the wheel.I will like to point out is,how deligthfull could it be without HF as a shield. Still JPM manage to stay with it all the way to be part in the history of the fastes race ever in F1.
Lets go back about waht the video shows. This went on for various laps, particulary british tv was pointing it out on how sickening this was. Don´t even doubt it we miss something special, something colosal as we know JPM did showed to the whole world of F1.But the insiduos politics in F1,working at their very best prevent us for what could have been an outstanding piece of history.
@TOXICTRACE Such a shame he left but I think he became disillusioned with F1.
His time at McLaren wasnt representative of his talent, especially in '06 by which time he stopped caring. McLaren really messed that up. Him and Kimi could have been a more exciting rivalry than it was, not to mentioned that if he stayed it would have been him and Alonso in '07! Imagine the fireworks!!!!!!
@tubehows4life Yes anybody that has a passion to the bone could became disillusioned,so before it kills you, better leave. His time at Mclaren was great specially his first year showing much more than KR, as we know he was well established by then, later come that bloody accident, and the worse that could happen to anybody in anything,a "replacement",behind doors, very childish.and his old partner don´t miss the opportunity. No surprise JPM left "fireworks" As we know JPM says it as it´s.
@TOXICTRACE I think he would have looked better next to Kimi in '05 if he didnt have the shoulder injury early in the season.Ron Dennis was unhappy with JPM for that and their relationship soured quite early on.He still did very well once he came up to speed in the second part of the season. I remember when he won Brazil he was being interviewed before the race still with an ice-pack on his shoulder, so he did very well during the whole season. '06 he got fed up with the car still built for Kimi
@tubehows4life Yes the shoulder issue could it being handle better (both sides),and thank you for remind me-us, about that interview "an ice pack on his shoulder". Such determination, now that is something else,in contrast to FA who play too safe if you ask me,and yes he got fed up with the car which was still built for KR standars. There´s great drivers, but very few racers and JPM is one of those few truly racers.
Ex F1 drivers and paddock express them selfs publicly. "Frentzen cuts Montoya´s reading, his momentum". Doing that in one of the fastes, if not the fastes gp, takes the focus of any driver whiles chasing another, as the later has to stop early than before, is a chain reaction. More clear it can´t be.Frentzen was an accomplice.Ultimated is their names that will suffer forever.
@TOXICTRACE It's pretty funny to see your posts, especially when another post of your's says "awesome english skills" - you really aren't any better. Frentzen cuts Montoya's reading? Why was Montoya reading?! He was in a bloody race! And who are they, and isn't Ultimated a strange name?
@Lolzilol123 WOW! i´m sorry if my english is not up to your standars. To clarify i like many others used the expression "awesome english skills" when someone is swearing-insulting, abusing verbally, when there´s no need it.2 is rhythm not reading,is pace good for you?!,last time i check i was talking about racing, it´s pretty obvious innit!.3 "who are they" course Frenzent & Co;more like accomplices. And yes "ultimate" is without "D".Hope this clarify your Q´s, and thanks for pointing it out.
@TOXICTRACE I'm sorry for pointing the flaws in your post, I just can't stand when people correct others on YouTube. But I don't get your last sentence even after you clarified: "Ultimate is their names with will suffer forever?". I just don't get it.
@Lolzilol123 Their names will suffer why: Becouse for what they did, like a stain, it will never go away. If we review the race, we´ll notice that a one point MG was clearly told not to hold MS,in contrast to what the Sauber team did, also this particular team got a contract wih ferrari engines, a contract which they were "privelege" to have (last year ferrari engine) as we know an intergalactic engine to be more that capable to share a podium.Continuo...
@TOXICTRACE I like to point out i´m NOT generalized on what i´m going to say. Then we have HF,another german who was more than happy to be an accomplice of the hole thing or perhaps he thought the blue flags were a public adv for Sauber. His years of expirenced when out the window if you aks me.he knows exactly waht he did to cut JPM´s momemtum. So HF,Sauber-Ferrari second team,Fia. To be part of such thing is disgraceful.
@TOXICTRACE Well, I'm pretty sure he did nothing against the rules - JPM just caught him on the wrong part of the track (which, of course, is no one's fault). And if you believe Frentzen would be a willing accomplice to Schumacher you should research their history together - they were rivals since F3 and have never really gotten on with each other.
@Lolzilol123 As i said before this went on for various laps,so to said JPM caught HF on the wrong part of the track is like, erm hello??. Yes i know about their rivalry in F3,and HF wife is with...So lets stay on the black staff. The Sauber team was desperate for an engine or not seasson.I mean do we forgot Austria 02,that was in front of everyone eyes, every single F1 fan world wide saw that, and that rise questions on to what Fiddlerrari will do behind doors.what we can expect?.Come on.
@TOXICTRACE What do you mean it went on for several laps? We can clearly see he has been let through. And what do you mean Sauber were desperate for an engine? They used the Ferrari engines since 1997, and when Sauber went back, whoops, they had a Ferrari engine again. And no, no one forgot 2002 (which has nothing to do with this), but apparently, everyone forgot Australia 98. What are you getting at? Come on.
@Lolzilol123 I know my english can be scruffy at times, but how many times i have to repeat my self saying that what we see in the video, it really went on for various laps,British TV pointed out how sickening it was. I actaully remmenber see the commentators moving from their seat as how uncomfortable was to see it happened. Is obvious you judged for what little you see here but, even so is pretty clear. Since !997 ah! an Australia 98 some people haven´t forgot. Continuo...
@TOXICTRACE How can what we see in this video be repeated for several laps? I don't remember it from when I first watched it "live" on TV and this video clearly shows that Montoya only catches up with Frentzen at the first chicane and that he is led by before Ascari.
Man this is so sickening that it hurts. MS was 227mph on that sraigth before the Aushedi, see clearly how close JPM was even with Frenzent there, but lets no forget the PULLING DIFFERENCE.We come now to the 1st lesmo & 2nd lesmo MS gradually pulling away,by then we come to another straigth before the Ascari, only then Frenzent moved, his job is done.We arrive to the Ascari 1,2 chicane & MS?. A tiny point vanishing in the distance, next Parabolica and the straigth at 227 on his intergalactic car.
@TOXICTRACE Ciao my friend , it seems some mainstrem funny boy is still around ,as usual very far from concrete things ,tey just repet as usual what mainstream says. I suppose a full life wouldn't be enough for such people to understand reality and the dirty game that there has been against Juan Montoya
Anyway around the world most part of people now knows the truth .
Montoya has been surely the best after Senna and he still continues to be one of the best in the world
Holding up a little bit? You having a laugh? That's totally legit from Heinz Harald, I didn't see any blue flaggs up to the point where HHF gave way, not once and they, back then, could be shown a few times before a driver has to let the faster car through. Montoya fails to stay on the tail of HHF and like a typical temperamental driver starts waving his hands rather then concentrate catching the Sauber. No sympathy for JPM.
Insidious politics of F1 at their best. That went on for SEVERAL LAPS. What if that "racing driver" at the weel of Sauber=Fiddlerrrari second team, who happens to be German and was married to what todays is M Schumacher´s wife, does the right thing which is to moved a side and let JPM pass,so real course of events can take place and let the sport=us enjoy sportmanship. THE TRUTH PREVAILS MONTOYEAH.
@TOXICTRACE This video shows the truth , totally agree my friend , they should pay millions of euro to Montoya , Williams and BMW ,but of course they should pay millions and millions of euro also to people who has been boycotted while watching something that was supposed to be SPORT. As you say the truth prevals and eventually the truth is that Montoya (the true racer)in that situation has been clearly the best and the only ONE that honored SPORT
@mgarofano I tell you what, if you dont like it...THEN STOP FUCKING WATCHING IT! Pollitics happen in all sports these days unfortunately. And some moaning little nerd from Italy who sits in front of his computer 24/7 trolling the internet isn't going to change anything either. BYE FUCKING BYE BYE!
@TheFormulaOne1 Well put m8. Mr.MgarofaNO & his bum chum TOXICTRACE here both need to get a life. FML, think they are so fuckin smart ass all the time, cocky gay boys. Act lyk they kno more bout this plotical rambling with Ferrari and that lot than we do. Thin is we're the smarter ones, we kno this happens everywhere anyway not just F1. They bang on bout it like its news to us, WE ALREADI KNO ALL THIS SHIT FUCKTARDS. Both need to stop fuckin their computers, get out in the real world. GAY NERDS!
@mgarofano Its a tricky one to call this incident. It could well have been that Frentzen was holding Montoya up on purpose. Frentzen does seem to be braking very early. Monza has always been a very tough circuit on the brakes, so maybe he was suffering brake fade. However, Frentzens lap times weren't varying. And he continued in the race, until he retired with Transmission failure. And Sauber was powered by Ferrari. So I'd have to agree on this occasion, there was a political reason.

@nachof248 no montoya was not close enough, when montoya gets to the chicane, hes not close enough. he let montoya pass on the stright.
dobakito 3 months ago
@MrPifta Frentzen was definitely holding Montoya up, especially in the second chicane (0:28). Monza is the track with least downforce. That little downforce they have are for the chicanes, Lesmo's, Ascari and Parabolica. Montoya has lost that little downforce due to Frentzen leaving behind dirty air, this results in grip loss and yea, time loss... ;)
toureyaya24 7 months ago
@toureyaya24 he was miles away, not on his rear wing...
MrPifta 7 months ago

MacGovernor 11 months ago
@MacGovernor
Michael Schumacher did not steal Frentzens wife, Ralf did it.

no, michael did it
maybe u mixed them up because they have similar names...... ;P

@MacGovernor sauber car. ferrari engine, end of story
nachof248 9 months ago
@nachof248 Sauber is a Swiss manufacturer. Swiss tend to be neutral. Like I said, I'd believe the holding up -theory, if the driver was Nick Heidfeld. But it was HH Frentzen driving his 3rd last GP. He also had very bad relationship with M. Schumacher. Now what part of this did you not get you Argentinean idiot?
MacGovernor 9 months ago

TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
Lets go back about waht the video shows. This went on for various laps, particulary british tv was pointing it out on how sickening this was. Don´t even doubt it we miss something special, something colosal as we know JPM did showed to the whole world of F1.But the insiduos politics in F1,working at their very best prevent us for what could have been an outstanding piece of history.

@tubehows4life Since A Senna,the best that happened to F1.
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
@TOXICTRACE Such a shame he left but I think he became disillusioned with F1.
His time at McLaren wasnt representative of his talent, especially in '06 by which time he stopped caring. McLaren really messed that up. Him and Kimi could have been a more exciting rivalry than it was, not to mentioned that if he stayed it would have been him and Alonso in '07! Imagine the fireworks!!!!!!
tubehows4life 1 year ago
@tubehows4life Yes anybody that has a passion to the bone could became disillusioned,so before it kills you, better leave. His time at Mclaren was great specially his first year showing much more than KR, as we know he was well established by then, later come that bloody accident, and the worse that could happen to anybody in anything,a "replacement",behind doors, very childish.and his old partner don´t miss the opportunity. No surprise JPM left "fireworks" As we know JPM says it as it´s.
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
@TOXICTRACE I think he would have looked better next to Kimi in '05 if he didnt have the shoulder injury early in the season.Ron Dennis was unhappy with JPM for that and their relationship soured quite early on.He still did very well once he came up to speed in the second part of the season. I remember when he won Brazil he was being interviewed before the race still with an ice-pack on his shoulder, so he did very well during the whole season. '06 he got fed up with the car still built for Kimi
tubehows4life 1 year ago
@tubehows4life Yes the shoulder issue could it being handle better (both sides),and thank you for remind me-us, about that interview "an ice pack on his shoulder". Such determination, now that is something else,in contrast to FA who play too safe if you ask me,and yes he got fed up with the car which was still built for KR standars. There´s great drivers, but very few racers and JPM is one of those few truly racers.
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
Ex F1 drivers and paddock express them selfs publicly. "Frentzen cuts Montoya´s reading, his momentum". Doing that in one of the fastes, if not the fastes gp, takes the focus of any driver whiles chasing another, as the later has to stop early than before, is a chain reaction. More clear it can´t be.Frentzen was an accomplice.Ultimated is their names that will suffer forever.
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
@TOXICTRACE It's pretty funny to see your posts, especially when another post of your's says "awesome english skills" - you really aren't any better. Frentzen cuts Montoya's reading? Why was Montoya reading?! He was in a bloody race! And who are they, and isn't Ultimated a strange name?
Lolzilol123 1 year ago
@Lolzilol123 WOW! i´m sorry if my english is not up to your standars. To clarify i like many others used the expression "awesome english skills" when someone is swearing-insulting, abusing verbally, when there´s no need it.2 is rhythm not reading,is pace good for you?!,last time i check i was talking about racing, it´s pretty obvious innit!.3 "who are they" course Frenzent & Co;more like accomplices. And yes "ultimate" is without "D".Hope this clarify your Q´s, and thanks for pointing it out.
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
@TOXICTRACE I'm sorry for pointing the flaws in your post, I just can't stand when people correct others on YouTube. But I don't get your last sentence even after you clarified: "Ultimate is their names with will suffer forever?". I just don't get it.
Lolzilol123 1 year ago
@Lolzilol123 Their names will suffer why: Becouse for what they did, like a stain, it will never go away. If we review the race, we´ll notice that a one point MG was clearly told not to hold MS,in contrast to what the Sauber team did, also this particular team got a contract wih ferrari engines, a contract which they were "privelege" to have (last year ferrari engine) as we know an intergalactic engine to be more that capable to share a podium.Continuo...
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
@TOXICTRACE I like to point out i´m NOT generalized on what i´m going to say. Then we have HF,another german who was more than happy to be an accomplice of the hole thing or perhaps he thought the blue flags were a public adv for Sauber. His years of expirenced when out the window if you aks me.he knows exactly waht he did to cut JPM´s momemtum. So HF,Sauber-Ferrari second team,Fia. To be part of such thing is disgraceful.
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
@TOXICTRACE Well, I'm pretty sure he did nothing against the rules - JPM just caught him on the wrong part of the track (which, of course, is no one's fault). And if you believe Frentzen would be a willing accomplice to Schumacher you should research their history together - they were rivals since F3 and have never really gotten on with each other.
Lolzilol123 1 year ago
@Lolzilol123 As i said before this went on for various laps,so to said JPM caught HF on the wrong part of the track is like, erm hello??. Yes i know about their rivalry in F3,and HF wife is with...So lets stay on the black staff. The Sauber team was desperate for an engine or not seasson.I mean do we forgot Austria 02,that was in front of everyone eyes, every single F1 fan world wide saw that, and that rise questions on to what Fiddlerrari will do behind doors.what we can expect?.Come on.
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
@TOXICTRACE What do you mean it went on for several laps? We can clearly see he has been let through. And what do you mean Sauber were desperate for an engine? They used the Ferrari engines since 1997, and when Sauber went back, whoops, they had a Ferrari engine again. And no, no one forgot 2002 (which has nothing to do with this), but apparently, everyone forgot Australia 98. What are you getting at? Come on.
Lolzilol123 1 year ago
@Lolzilol123 I know my english can be scruffy at times, but how many times i have to repeat my self saying that what we see in the video, it really went on for various laps,British TV pointed out how sickening it was. I actaully remmenber see the commentators moving from their seat as how uncomfortable was to see it happened. Is obvious you judged for what little you see here but, even so is pretty clear. Since !997 ah! an Australia 98 some people haven´t forgot. Continuo...
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
@TOXICTRACE How can what we see in this video be repeated for several laps? I don't remember it from when I first watched it "live" on TV and this video clearly shows that Montoya only catches up with Frentzen at the first chicane and that he is led by before Ascari.
Lolzilol123 1 year ago
This has been flagged as spam show
@Lolzilol123 I can honestly tell you what i wrote previously is what happened an actions (from the comemtators) speak better than wors as we said.
TOXICTRACE 1 year ago

Montoya has been surely the best after Senna and he still continues to be one of the best in the world
mgarofano 1 year ago

TOXICTRACE 1 year ago
@TOXICTRACE This video shows the truth , totally agree my friend , they should pay millions of euro to Montoya , Williams and BMW ,but of course they should pay millions and millions of euro also to people who has been boycotted while watching something that was supposed to be SPORT. As you say the truth prevals and eventually the truth is that Montoya (the true racer)in that situation has been clearly the best and the only ONE that honored SPORT
