im pretty sure it was not in Hartnells intention to bite Letang. When you're in a scrum where your adrenaline is off the charts, you dont really think. You have this frenzy of activity going on all at once. Letang inadvertantly stuck his finger in Hartnells mouth while they were in a scrum, and it caught him by surprise. It was the last thing he would expect. It was just a natural reaction. Im pretty sure that would happen to most people if you were in a fight and all of a sudden that happened.

I don't keep track of things that are left uncalled for the most part, for either side, but it happens. If the Flyers were so good, they would still be able to win, whether they get penalties they deserve or not. Everybody gets goals called back, nobody sets out to only get the Flyers.

Yes, you guys got a lot of good players via draft. The Flyers did as well believe it or not. Richards, Carter, Gagne, Giroux. Just their not as good as your draft picks. Bylsma has been very good for you guys. He seems to know how this team plays. I coach sucks, Stevens just doesn't make the right decisions. I'm hoping that when you say you laugh at my name that it is a compliment. Otherwise, I would look stupid right now.

I can understand Flyers fans can be an ass. But that's just a rivalry. It's the same thing with Montreal and Boston. They both think the other one are douche bags. I always think Holmgren should focus more on speed than toughness. I also didn't mean just recently. Look at the Flyers. They were very dominate throughout the 70's and 80's. Unfortunately (well, for me) they only won 2 cups. 90's they did slow down until they got Lindros. We almost won it in 97. We were very talented. But we didn't' get it. I'm just saying. When the flyers suck for a year. We always do a good job rebuilding. Also some luck from the draft. Richards, Carter, Giroux.

Yes. I'll admit. The tough mean team has let us down quite a bit since the 70's. Ovechkin does get a little out of hand at times. And he is basically a 1 man show. But he sort of did bring the fun of scoring back into hockey. Look at our perspective in hockey though. We are very tough. I'll admit, it got us close here and there. Flyers had a lot of tough players in there history, but they also had very talented players. Bobby Clarke is one of the best all time.

Also 1 more thing. I wouldn't say that this rivalry isn't going nowhere. I think both teams are capable of both winning 50 games this year. Flyers & Pens are one of the best rivalries in hockey right now. And I'm honored to be a rival with you city. I personally don't hate any team except the Rangers. And that's only for personal reasons.

I can say this. The Flyers are definitely known for their inconsistency. Belief it or not, the Flyers actually don't struggle that much in the postseason until the conference finals. Last year, we lost to the eventually Stanley Cup Champions. Nothing we can do about that. Flyers don't try to intimate, they just start scrums to make the team frustrated. That's just the tradition of Flyers hockey. It just hasn't worked recently.
