I played this as a solo in NYSSMA this year on a valve trombone as opposed to a Euphonium and it came out sounding very nice. My version was at a slightly higher tempo so I could nail the long slurs with the sixteenths in one breath.

Well done though, it was a good rendition.

this is awesome. i played this for solo -ensemble and got a 1st division. i played it on trombone. no offense at all but i played the tuba part a little better. it still sounds awesome though
