I would like to see the amount of reps that is needed for the training. ie:how many sets for agility ladder, 9 yard cone to cone drills. I see on youtube all the off ice workouts, but no amount of reps. I would also like to see a video on stretching too. thx!
I've been hearing that you only need your core and your legs (calves, quads, hamstrings) for hockey and that you shouldnt do upper body workouts. What are your thoughts on this? What are some workouts that you would suggest?
