  • if you own a mustang and your curious to know how they do in winter read this.. i have a 02 gt and i put on snow tires just on the back two wheels, it does the job, and it never fishtails or slides out. mustangs are amazing in snow with the right tires, i recommend bridgestone blizzak, or federal snow tires. MUSTANGS ARE BETTER THAN MOST FWD VEHICLES IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING. by the way im lovin thos hid headlights..

  • Awesome video! I live in PA and we usually get a decent amount of snow and ice here. I have a 2004 Mustang and I swear by Blizzaks. They make my car a tank in the winter. I've actually gone up cobblestone roads, covered in snow and ice, from a dead stop! I tell my friends all the time that I should be endorsed by Bridgestone LOL. They're truly great tires and worth every penny! Again, awesome video bro!

  • do the blizzak's really make a difference on this RWD car when driving in the snow? You don't get stuck? Is it almost as good as a AWD car with all season tires when u have the blizzaks on?

  • @MmaNcovers I would rather have an AWD with good all season tires over RWD Blizzaks. However, the difference is incredible. When we had the blizzard in 2011 I was one of the only cars able to get out of my parking lot. Ground clearance is the only real issue I have ever had. I can stop and go on a hill with these. I also have a manual trans which does help because of the ability to choose which gear you are in. I stand by these tires 100%!

  • @Huntaholic89 Ahhh i see.. Right now i drive a 2011 subaru impreza AWD(great car).. i wanted to go for the STI in a year, but to be honest, living in staten Island new york and commuting, my left knee is killing from the damn clutch. I want an everyday driver with some balls, that's why i have my eye set on the mustang 5.0. The only thing i was concerned about was driving in snow, but it seems like these tires do the stang some justice, so i don't see why i shouldn't go for it.

  • @MmaNcovers I say go for it the 5.0 is so sick. The traction control is pretty good when just driving in shitty conditions. When the snow gets real bad I take the traction control off. It seems to give me a bit more control. STI is sick and would be a better for sure in snow but ultimately there are only 5-10 days a year that have bad/deep enough snow to keep you inside. The rest of the year you will be glad you went with the Mustang. Just do not get black is shows every little thing.

  • @Huntaholic89 Yeah i really want the 5.0 The colors i'm looking into are grabber blue, and yellow blaze...

  • i dont think he ment to cut her that cose at 0:49

  • @MetalStep1 You would be correct!

  • haha very nice. I had a set of blizzaks especially shipped from the USA to help my 2012 mustang GT cope with the winter in switzerland. I'm wondering how this will work out :)

  • so blizzaks really work as well as people claim? I'm thinking about buying a stang..only thing holding me back is our WI winters lol. I need a car that will get me around in the snow. As long as i have blizzaks, ill be ok?

  • @dellwiz08 Yeah ground clearance is the only issue. I drove up a hill past a $100k Mecedes and a Police car that couldn't make it up the hill.

  • thats the blizzacks for ya! those things don't go anywhere in the snow without em'. only snow tires i'll ever put on my stang
