I'm in preproduction for a trailer (internet based) where i have to create a scene with a sawn up mouth. Much of what you have done here was excellent advice, I'll be using a little face putty also for authentic needle through skin effect.

I did the first version and I found if i clear fingernail polish the stings before I "attach" them then attach them and once all attached and cut them they stay pretty well. My friends asked me if I really did sew my mouth shut and when I spoke they got a suprise.

Nose si será eso pero es probable que use pegamento de latex, ese que se usa para pegar apliques en las uñas o body jewellery (strass,lentejuelas y eso), sino podés usar el tipo de pegamentos que se usan para pegar pestañas postizas!
