Is it me, or did they increase the difficulty at the end of the game ten fold from the first game? The K. Rool battle is really good at faking a person out.

incase i wasn't clear the last post:

cartridge is not cost efficient... it might be size and save efficient, but it's not cost efficient. (oh yeah, cartridges are faster than cds, alot faster actually, believe it or not, but the manefacturing of a cartridge verses a cd is the difference between an extra twenty to thirty dollars added to the game price, and they're already pretty costly)

And more useless coments (love your vids btw) cartridges were both good and bad. good because it allowed modding of the games, and the games themselves could have an area of the cartridge that allowed saving, the bad was that it cost more money to make on average because you'd have to manifacture each and every one to function the same, where as now it's all data on a disk.

side note: the nintendo ds uses cartridges, and i'm not talking about the gba slot. those cards are the most recent version

oh and blu-ray and cd's are different formats, technically... they both run on a system of binary of many MANY tiny dots that are magnetized and non magnetized that you can't really see, but you look at it you see a pattern on the cd. those are the results of these dots. blu-ray uses a different reader and smaller dots than cd.

more useless info: the average hard drive (aka hard disk) uses the same system, as did the lazer disk and floppies. they all require different lazers/methods of reading

I believe most of the numbers for the old consoles were for stuff like memory(ram) =P, but i'm sure the various companies had other reasons than that.

but yeah, game consoles and modern personal computers often shared the world of computer and gaming entertainment's forfathers, and were generally built the same. infact, in japan, snes was a computer =D keyboard and everything

to this day, games have ram, just like computers. the difference is, you can't really improve your console...

I have a question, maybe some of you DKC lovers can help me :) I'm playing DKC2 on SNES again after many years. Anyway, the animal crates.. Is there anything you have to do before you can jump on them? I can only open them by throwing stuff at them, if I try to jump on them I just bounce right off again. I'm now stuck on a level where you need Squa... ..the parrot, to go further. Have I missed something here? well, obviously.. But what have I missed? :( Driving me crazy!

Sonic the Hedgehog 1-3 are for the Genesies and 2 and 3 have Tails. Sonic Adventure 1, 2 and Sonic Unleashed (SA3) are for the Dreamcast, Gamecube, Wii, Playstations and X-Boxes. There never was a Sonic Adventure game for the Genesis. Maybe your thinking of Tails Adventure for the Genesis, the one that doesn't have any other Sonic character?
