@Extremesk8er100 Don't jump out in front of your board while it is flipping in the air. That is what makes your board become off center. When you pop your ollie pop jump straight in the air. Also like Paul said don't worry about your front foot. just set it up like you would for a normal kickflip. Just practice getting a good circular swoop with your back foot. Also keep your shoulders square over your board. Should help with the board getting away from you. Hope that helps

i disagree with all trick tips that say "catch it when you see the griptape come up." Human reaction time isn't good enough land that foot down and catch it once you see the griptape because by the time you react, the board would have flipped or rotated more. Skating is all about learning the timings of tricks in your head, and after you practice the trick enough you just know when to catch it.
