Ok, for any guitarists looking to play this song. You may have noticed she is using a capo on 3rd fret. So with capo on 3rd fret you would play out the chords Am Dm C B7 for verse, and C B7 C B7 for the pre-chorus. Technically, I believe that the "Eb" chord in the verse is really a Cm first inversion, but that's just what I was picking up through a lot of listening and playing around in the piano. The chords sort of walk down from that Fm with the C on top. F Ab C -> Eb G C -> D F# C.
