In Europe it all depends on where you are. Just like in the states. If you are outside Harrods in London on a Saturday you will most likely see a few Mercedes S class, a few brand new mazeraties and a few Aston Martins. This just by walking past it. If you hang out for a while you can see anything. Probably not Enzos as they tend not to get driven to much.

You can see a Porsche on almost any street corner i central London.

Or you can go to a car show, like this obviously was.

There's like a little island at Laguna Seca racetrack. Ferraris from Silicon Valley Ferrari and others always caravan to Laguna Seca for the Monteray Sports car championship and park on that island...so it got the name Ferrari island :)

I hate to be blunt but lamborghinis are not build very well. Take a close look at their interiors and you'll see that their fit and finish are not even up to par with a Japanese car.
