As for the fight, yeah, It's well-known that the Vegas judges tend to favour guys that set the pace & are constantly advancing etc. but more credit should be given to whoever lands the cleaner, harder, more effective strikes, whether that's on the back-foot - Hopkins is a counter-striker thus it's his ploy - or on the front-foot. Calzaghe won the fight.Watched it again,very close call but as Hopkins doesn`t like to open up and trade punches basically. Thats why he lost although a good right in the first so what?It was a 12 rd fight,he lost fair and square, tough shit for him.
