  • i use these, they are so good! i have used the original one, the boho one and now i am using the wild one, all are very good and effective and smell nice too! :)

  • @ahanhbarbie34 if you are trying to "restore" your hair. then you wouldn't use shampoo at all. use WEN the hair product. do a review on it.

  • priceline $6.99 in Australia :)

  • @Laywa1984 I bought mine today for $10 D;

  • I have shoulder length hair and the batiste spray has last a day so far for me :)

  • @JulieLhin I hear yah lady.. I tried that solution offered by the site HairLoss101. net (remove space). Never trusted internet books and stuff like that, but i bought ut anyway since they offered a 100% refund guarantee/ Guess what? It turned out the only good working method to cure hair loss I ever tried.. I dont need to go on an youtube videos to volumizied my hair..

  • i have this brand and the tresemme fresh start dry shampoo. if i had to stick to one, it'd be this one because it works better. the only downside to dry shampoos is that they don't last long.. this coming from a young woman with shoulder length hair! :o

  • what eye shadow are you using? its really pretty!

  • dry shampoo: for lazy white ppl. just wash ur hair i prefer not to smell wet dog on the freeway on my commute smh

  • @nickiminaj683 atleast we dont wash our hair once every 2 weeks smh. plus its just for oil.. not for dirt. smh.

  • @nickiminaj683 Not everyone who uses it is white.

It's not about being lazy. Natural oils are good for your hair. If you've got longer hair, especially if it's thick, the roots get super oily but the oil never travels to the ends to hydrate them, which is bad. If you keep washing your hair because the roots are oily, you dry out the ends and can cause damage to your hair. Dry shampoo helps people to not damage their hair by over washing.

  • Great Review! I just wish there was invisible dry shampoo for an affordable price. Do you find that the white color makes your hair discolored?

  • do we use it after shower? i have a super duper oily hair so even though i wash my hair in the morning,,, at around 6pm its already oily! so do i use it after shower ?

  • I'm a huge fan of batiste dry shampoo too! My only problem is that it turns my roots grey! and it's really hard to brush out the colour. If I use less of it to not make it grey it doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem?

  • i don't try to offend you but your hair looks really messy. not even stylish or something. better for you to wash your hair than use this dry shampoo

  • THANK YOU! Now I know it's at Sallys... I've been trying to find it everywhere!

  • boil hahha

  • i loveyour tuts and all but that took so long ! gah

  • I have the pink one :) people who live in the UK, you can buy it from home bargins at £1.49 it is amazing stuff! Trust me!

  • does it take away the oil entirely?

  • This was not really a review it was more like an introduction to the product

  • omg, i had this before, and was bying it all the time, but now i havn't had time to buy it and i miss it, i didn't know it was so popular and i live in sweden i buy it at a store called RUSTA!

  • i saw batiste all over youtube so i was convinced to buy it! but it actually didnt work as well as i expected it too. i really think the oscar blandi dry shampoo (in a spray can) is so much better! even though its around $10 more expensive, it is much more worth it!

  • Is dry shampoo good for colored hair?

  • I no doubt USED to wash my hair seriously every single day, but now researching makes me realized how bad it is for my hair but I can't seem to understand the thought of not wanting to wash my hair every day. So all I do is just put it up in a bun but seeing this makes me want to go out and buy this product.

  • so has anyone had any experience with the tresemme fresh start dry shampoo?

  • @oOStarsAndStripesOo I've never tried it, but in the comments down below multiple people said it sucked x)

  • You said that over usage of it will cause powder-like stuff in your hair? Uhm do you mean like using too much at one time or just using it too often?

I was thinking about getting a dry shampoo to try it&maybe use it every other day because I have to wash my hair every single day to keep it clean looking, & I thought it wouldn't hurt to skip a day each time&use a dry shampoo because i'm concerned about how healthy all the washing is to my hair.

  • @JulieCuriel04 i use this, if you spray too much at one time it does make it powdery but its ok to use often just not alot at one time x

  • @Sian2009 Oh ok thanks for clearing that up(:

  • batise is actually not a sallys brand, it is from britain

  • Why are the make-up girls (no, not meant as an insult... ^_^) so reluctant to say, that they don't always wash their hair?! When she said: it's been 2 to 3 days, why would she asume, that's gross?! 2 to 3 days sound normal to me, who really washes long hair every day?! That'd be ridiculous!

I can easily go without washing them for 5 days - and they don't even look greasy or anything. It's not like hair starts rotting and smelling after a few days... -_-.

Oh well: other than that: like her! ^_^

  • Mu aunt says BigSexyHair has a dry shampoo that works great for texturizing and volumizing. I haven't tried it yet but she swears by it.

  • your so pretty, i love your bangs and that shirt!!! Also, the SHHHH dry shampoo found in CVS is really good, and it's only $6! :D

  • The more your wash your hair the more oil you produce.

  • conditionizing?

  • Omg I knowwwww!!! How much dose it bloody suck mate, crikey!

    Diggin ya top lad! :)

  • oh, but i recently tried the john frieda? freida?..however you spelled it, voluminous dry shampoo..and its pretty awesome. i still feel like it makes my hair feel weird though. is this one light??

  • i actually love dry shampoos too! but the one i used called "pssst" actually weighs my hair down when i use it. =/ it makes it feel kind of icky and thick.. lol, and i want my hair to grow healthily as well but doesn't the dry shampoo damage it? cause someone told me they have alcohol in it to dry the hair..but idk lol

  • Did it make your hair crunchy or feel stiff/chalky? I've had some that do that and then would wear off or just like you rub it in and it has to be combed out...??????

  • You kinda look like IU in this vid! shes a really pretty k-pop singer :D

  • You look especially pretty here.

  • We have a lovely tropical scent of this in the UK, smells like yummy coconut :) Also, I'm using the Tigi Bedhead dry shampoo right now, Dirty Secret, also very good. Little more expensive but it's a nice BIG can :D

  • "conditionizing", loll.....

  • Keep doing what u do! i like your channel, i may try this product will let u know if i do!

  • omg its soo expensive in the states!! it only like €2.99 in ireland and we have one for colour treated hair and one for darker hair too :)

  • OMGOMGOMG. i love your hair! i have the try that dry shampoo ..i hate my one from tressame it doesnt work well for me!

  • @smartiepants4105 heyy im not an advertiser or anything but Salon Grafix's invisible dry spray shampoo is better than the one aHanhbarbie is mentioning. This goes on invisible unlike the cheap tressame that i tried as well. Omg try it. You can buy it at target, duane reade, etc. Drugstore, basically. It's cheap too

  • the one by tresseme dosnt work well for me, my hiar is very oil like how you say yours is, and when i use tresemme dry shampoo its still greasy and shiny and flat :(

  • I love your shirt!

I just read about dry shampoo for the very first time today, and then you came with this video! lol

    I always love your video's, you're amazing <3

  • when you come to blogtv ? it would be nice to see you live in there. :D

  • @ahoebarbie are you kidding me?? how old are you?? your hateing so much on hanh when you dont even know her. you take the effort to write about her in forums and write your immature comments on all of her videos. i suggest you find yourself a hobby, your starting to come off a little obessed :S

  • don't tease ur hair so much, ur hair will then become less dry :) trust me im trying to restore my hair also <3

  • How long does one container? because one of the dry shampoos I have used ran out very quickly.

  • @MsJennums I'd like to know how long a can lasts as well. I purchased a can or two of the Psssssst dry shampoo ages ago and I dunno if it's from the summer heat but I barely got to use it before it was completely empty.

  • @BeautyOnABudget Thats exactly what seemed to happen to mine. Almost like it evaporated.

  • Odd. This brand is in Australia... Yet we don't have a Sally's.

  • @Tsyclone we have it in Norway also, and we definately don't have Sally's....

  • this is totally random but can you speak Vietnamese? lol cuz I'm Vietnamese too and I really want to hear your voice<3

  • @ahanhbarbie34 Hanh, don't even bother with these pansy's. Haters only make you famous! Kids these days hiding behind a computer... It's pathetic! Grow up. I bet they wouldn't dare to say shit to your face b/c they're scared, feel threatened, and FAKE.

  • I think baby powder works as dry shampoo too. But then again, it smells like baby powder. LOL

  • hanh you're so beautiful :)

    have a fabulous dayyy!

  • Also make sure to wash your hands after you brush it through your hair because Batiste in particular leaves your hands with white residue and transfers to fabrics you touch afterwards (i.e. your clothes). I love Batiste though! Yes keep away from Tresemme! Great review! :)

  • @ahoebarbie Damn girl, you are a hater. Get out of town, yo.

  • ur top is cute!! & thanks for the dry shampoo tips!

  • "Trick: Your jeans got bigger? Don't worry! "

    LOOK MY CHANNEL!!

    =)

  • ur like my idol.

haha that sounds stalkerish but i LOVE your tutorials!!! i wish i was just like you!!!>.< ur sooo pretty

  • you're so cute Hanhie i have oily hair as well =/ im gonna try this thank you (:

  • where is your shirt from! I <3 it <3<3<3

  • i will try this!! i have the same oily problem too :( and volume would be a major plus! xD

  • Does it really clean the oil, dirt & smell from your hair? Or is it just a temporary cover up?

  • $8..? In Ireland & the UK it's only 1.20 :P

  • I use the same dry shampoo!

  • Yay for kitteh clip at the end! Your kitty cat Holden is sooo cute!

  • I really love your shirt.

  • I've heard some celebs dont wash their hair for weeks hhaha

  • CAN YOU SHOW US HOW YOU USED THE DRY SHAMPOO? I HAVE IT BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT :/

  • I saw Michelle Phan talk about a purple shampoo you can get from LUSH for preventing your hair from getting brassy. I'be never tried it but just wanted to throw the idea out there for you. :). It's her haul with Wendy if you wanted to check out the vid.

  • I <3 the bastiste range! I use the coloured ones in black cause the product of the normal ones are too light for my hair :)

  • @ahoebarbie PAWNED

  • in the uk, that dry shampoo is the most popular and it retails for about 3 pounds but there is a whole range here. my favourite is the yellow one which smells like coconut :)

  • i have the original one and i found it at a local hospital. :)

  • I started using Batiste Dry shampoo, this year and it's made me feel so much more confident about my hair! :)

Mine is in 'Diva'- can't really describe the scent though.

  • omg i have that one! it's the cheapest one i've ever come across! love it!

  • i love your top!

  • whats the link for the tutorial?

  • I've tried quite a few dry shampoos.. and I gotta say Batiste is the best brand ever. The worst.....Tresemme, b/c it left my scalp w/ a white residue :P

  • Bought this at Ulta after seeing reviews here on YouTube. Love it! I used it on myself & my boyfriend this morning haha

Since I'm blonde I never have to worry about missing parts that need to be rubbed in since the white doesn't show up on my hair. So it's great when I'm rushing out the door in the morning.

  • the Salon Grafix dry shampoo is great too! it's about $6-8ish, and it works great! I don't have to worry about the white residue at all, and the smell is nice as well. I love it! You can get it from any drugstore!!

  • is it able to make your skin break out? im afraid to use it cause of that....

  • I've heard so many good things about this kind! I need to try them. I have the Tresemme kind and it's not the best. :/

    <3 glitterintheskyy.blogspot.com

  • Amen! Thank you for posting this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is perfect because asian hair gets oily so fast!!

  • @flipxmary ur right she should have a contest

  • @flipxmary lol. and u got over a 100 :)

  • It sounds like we have the exact same hair!! I bought the pssst dry shampoo at walmart and i have used it like twice and thats it. I have nooo clue how to do it to make it look good. Please do a tutorial telling us how to do this!!! ♥☮

  • This is my FAVORITE Dry shampoo! I love it

  • o0o0 pretty top.

  • HANH YOU LOOK GORGEOUS IN THIS VIDEO <3

  • these stuff are for people who are lazy to shower and only shower once a week, should recommend this to my fellow roomate

  • get the aussie hair mask. I have the same type of hair you do. it get super greasy when you don't wash. especially your bangs.

what i do is that I buy conditioners and shampoo from garnier and panteen and mix match them.

like 1 month i would use garnier shampoo with panteen conditioner. another month i would use panteen shampoo with garnier conditioner.

it helps your hair to not be dry at the end. and with the aussie mask it makes it healthier and hydrated.

    no need for dry shampoo.

  • @FiRefLy9153 aussie, garnier, pantene are all tested on animals

  • Use baby powder put it on whr ur hair is oily or dirty let it sit for a sec then blow dry it out

  • 4:18 "it took be about a year to be open minded about this"

5:22 "i only learned about this recently"

    -.-

  • conditionizing?

  • Do u still use the Garlic hair shampoo?cus I really want to try it?!cus I have really thin hair.so pls reply back.. I love your videos!!

  • HAHAH im gonna boil my hair...love this video <3 i've read reviews on that psssssst (how many s's? haha) stuff and lots of people say that after 2 uses or so, it stops spraying! i'll definitely try this baptiste stuff out!

  • I was told that washing your hair every day was good for it too! And all my black friends thought I was gross :( It was probably like 4 years ago when I finally realized that it was actually really bad for your hair lol! My mom washes her hair everyday and she gives me faces when I tell her I havent XD

  • i love this dry shampoo been gettin it for like 3 years :P they have it in tropical too

  • i love this dry shampoo been gettin it for like 3 years :P

  • I use suave and it rocks!

  • conditionizing?!?!?! <3 you mean conditioning lol

  • @smallphriez she is dumb. go to GURU GOSSIP forums to see how dumb she really is LOL

  • @ahoebarbie yeah right.. she is so dumb.. LOL. you know how we could show her how dumb she is? let's watch all her videos, then we could go on a forum, and then we could talk about her more, and THEN, we could make a username that's just like hers but change her name from 'hanh' to a reeeally good insult like ...wait for it. 'hoe'!! that is SMART! LOL!!

  • @ahoebarbie Haha, wow nice comeback. Very 6th grade. You really need to stop watching MTV when mommy and daddy aren't home.

  • @ahoebarbie LOL.. what a loser

  • @CarlyCristman hahaha, Carly, you rock! i can picture you on your computer just laughing to yourself and thinking "gah, this person is SUCH an idiot!"

  • @CarlyCristman thanks for making me look like a FOOL in front of all guru's subscribers. you could have just replied here but NO you had to tweet it everywhere and now i'm really sure that you are a bigger bully than Hanh! So don't be suprised if theres a whole new section on the forum dedicated to your hypocrite ways! Karma... biach

  • @ahoebarbie well aren't you cool bashing people online and then expect everyone to keep quiet.

  • @ahoebarbie no dumbass you got called OUT. wanna talk about bullies? just look in the mirror cause that's EXACTLY what you are. go on and hate on them on your little forum. that's all that makes you feel good about yourself hey? trashing other people. pathetic loser.

  • @ahoebarbie You're going to show her! Do you really think that writing about them in a forum is going to bother them in the least bit these girls are confident and don't care about anything you say. I highly doubt that anything you have to write will make them cry at night. I think you should get some more confidence yourself. You'll find you live a richer live where you don't have to write things in new sections to show how awful other people are to distract from how awful you are. Cheers.

  • @CarlyCristman hahahahahahahaha!!!

  • @CarlyCristman You're such a good friend! ;D

    Hanh is sooo lucky!

  • @CarlyCristman ha burned! lol

  • @CarlyCristman this just made me love you more :) maybe then that hoe will back off.

  • @CarlyCristman You rock so hard. That's it.

  • @CarlyCristman there IS some funny shit about her on Guru Gossip

    just sayin

  • @ahoebarbie Wow...seriously? I would say something, but violence only begets violence.

  • @ahoebarbie you...have problems...

  • @theasiansunflower

    Ur so right!!!!!

  • my mom wont let me buy any because she said that i just want it to be lazy and not shower....grrrrrr :p

  • a big reason why the tresseme dry shampoo is gross is because alot of people use it in hair that has product in it...which makes it disgusting.

  • Love your look. You look gorgeous! :)

  • suave makes one thats sold at drugstores and its only $3 smells like grapefruit? but not as citrus-y. i like it waaayyy better than the tresemme. i would try this out if you're on the dry shampoo kick. i only need to wash my hair like 2-3 times a week (sounds gross but its way better for your hair to not wash it everyday) :) <3 the video!

  • looks like you had extensions on, will dry shampoo works with extensions?

  • u look pretty today! that top is pretty on u too^^

  • Psssssst is my favorite dry shampoo. It's great and cheap. The Tresemme is really bad, so stay away from that.

  • sally's are everywhere, 45 minutes away from me, ive never been to one but i wanna go to one sooo bad!

  • i've been using this stuff for over a year.. i HAVE to be stocked up on these bc i use them ALL the time. definitely holy grail.

  • Can you compare to tressemme's and suaves? thnx!

  • My hair is like that TOO! i HATE It >_<

  • i loveeee your hair !!! Can you please do a video about how you grew out your hair? or a video about your hair? pretty pleaseee? :)

  • You should try the beyond the zone dry shampoo the smell is amazing

  • I read really bad reviews about the Tresemme dry shampoo, so I avoided it. But I saw a few people recommending the Suave one, and I really like it so far. And it's only $3 or so, and easy to find. :]

  • I have super greasy hair, and on top of that it's really fine and thin. :( But I love Batiste! I've also tried Psssssst. I've found it at Walgreens, and CVS. My only complaint with the Psssssst is that it can sometimes smell chemically... Otherwise it works really well, and a few dollars cheaper than Batiste. I would also recomment staying away from the Tressemme dry shampoo. It isn't worth the money.

  • Suave came out with a dry shampoo it works great and is only 3 dollars it smells like lemons!!

  • can you please do a hair care routine video??? TUTORIAL PLZ!

  • The only one I've ever used is Big Sexy Hair and I love it! I do wanna try a new one though so maybe I'll try this one! Thanks:)

  • Thanks so much, I HATE the Tresemme dry shampoo

  • Boil.

    Hahahahhahahah

  • tresemees is sooo gross. doesnt even work

  • I never heard of these stuffs, thanks for sharing. I need this.

  • I never heard of these stuffs, thanks for sharing. I need this.

  • This stuff is amazing!! I've been using it for a long time . I wash my hair every other day, and use this every other day too.

And it's good for your hair too.

  • Hanh i can't find the american apparel dress on their website....

  • You should try the Tresseme Dry Shampoo. ITS AMAZING!!!! Just spray it sparingly or use it the night before because it CAN build up white residue if you use too much (:

  • very cool

  • remember to wash your hair people! don't use dry shampoo for an exscuse to not wash your hair! lol

  • have you tried treseme's? im not sure how much that costs though sorry =$

  • This was really helpful; thanks! (:

  • love your hair style now!!! do tut!

  • thank yooooou. I was actually in need of a dry shampoo, I never have time to wash my hair everyday anymore

  • I seem to have bad experiences with dry shampoo. I tried one from Tresemme and it sucks. It leaves a white powdery residue even when I spray it like 8 inches away and I'm not a fan of the smell. It says its mineral clay & citrus but idk its funky to me haha. There's the suave dry shampoo which is $3. I like it at the moment. It kind of smells like orange cream popsicle.

  • @christinesoybean thank you! i will stray away from tresemme and try suave
