Hello, I'm so sorry to hear about your news. I just happen to come across your channel. I was laid off back in Aug. 08 and am looking as well. My insurance just expired and I'm considering going on COBRA. If you are eligible, COBRA will continue your current coverage. I am actually going to meet tomorrow with a insurance administrator and financial advisor to work through everything. They said there are better options than COBRA. If you want I can get back to you on what I find out. Fred

If not, continue to take care of yourself and eat well. Work on finding another job and then as soon as you can, get back on track to have surgery. Until then you can increase your fitness and work on developing good habits.
