  • Hi hi! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend burned plenty of fat.

  • You are having that problem probably because you are a having to much protein and your body can only digest so much.

  • Hey guys, I bought muscle milk and I've had diahrea every time I drank it. I took 60 grams of it in 12 oz of water. Is it because I drink the shake in less than a minute?

  • @TheySayImDeadly Could be the sucralose, fructooligosaccharide, acesulfame potassium, casein, or the artificial flavors in Muscle Milk powder. Try Jay Robb Whey Protein. It contains none of the above. See more at JayRobb.com.

  • @JayRobbEnterprises when should i be taking this shake and how many times a day?

  • @banijaysRD Use it as a meal once a day is a great way to incorporate it into your diet and stop eating before you are full at all meals if you wish to lose weight.

  • Very good video! btw my friend found this quite popular weight loss program named: Impact 790 Diet and dropped 14 pounds in a month. I cannot remember the web site just Google it.

  • Jay..I work out about at least 3-4 days a week. Looking for a shake to help burn fat. Any suggestions>

  • @dilari62 Make a LOW-CARB Jay Robb Whey Protein shake mixed with 12 ounces water, a handful of raw almonds, 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of psyllium seed husks, 1 scoop Jay Robb Whey Protein, and ice. Low-carb is the key.

  • Can anyone help me out!

I need to make a Protein Shake after my intense workout as I want it to go into my system before my anabolic window closes. I actually need more calories and more protein as this video seems to have less fat. I am slim athletic build and I need more muscle & weight gain, I also have a healthy diet.

    Thanks

  • @AmoxiiCRZ Try adding 3 tablespoons heavy cream, a raw egg, and ¼ cup of raw almonds, to your drink to increase the calories. --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises you mean for gain weight mix protein powder with raw egg and almond in water in blender?

  • @gdd011 Gaining weight or losing weight all depends on calories. What source of fuel your body uses depends on your carbohydrate intake. Low-carb intake means more fat burning. High-carb intake means no fat burning. --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises Thanks for the epic tips Jay!

  • Im a teen trying to bulk up what work-outs are best and these protein shakes when should I drink them like before working out, after?

  • @MrEvilDrAlex For bulking up, one body part per day then repeat. Have your drink after your workout. --Jay

  • Can you make a list of the ingredients please? Im a bit hard of hearing :/

  • would any other fruit work?

  • @banijaysRD Absolutely!

  • @JayRobbEnterprises hey job would it be ok to mix almonds?

  • @ScarButta Absolutely!

  • @FelixLess you stole my recipe!

  • Do we have to have the sweetened protein thing?

  • Here's my recipe: 1 and a half scoops of whey protein, 300 ml of water.

  • looks delicious

  • I m 170 cm and weigh around 84 KGs.... i wanna loose weight could u suggest me some diet? also fruits high in fiber ?

  • @AviatorHD uhhh eat whole/multi grain breads, lean meats like chicken and turkey, sweet potatoes instead of white, and if you use oil in anything make sure its olive oil not vegetable oil. fast food and soda are a no no.

    ^^^^ its that simple

  • @promotecheese2010

    thx mate :)

  • I don't know how bout you in america but I have never seen fat yoghurt in my life...

  • hey! i am 19 and i want to gain muscle so badly. i don't have much money to go to the gym so i do simple workouts at home. would u mind to give me some tips on workout and foods should i take to gain muscle faster? please, i need your guide. thanks

  • @kmlismail Be sure to look for my upcoming book for diet. As for your workout, resist over training. Stick with training your whole body 2 or 3 days a week doing only one set of 12-15 reps for each major muscle group. --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises alrite. will do... thank you

  • @kmlismail I'd just like to say that this workout advice is terrible. Do about 5 or 6 sets on ONE muscle group with IDEALLY about 15 reps, but if you're not tired at that point keep going. reduce the weight/resistance if you can't do 6-7 reps

^^do that three times a week, alternating muscle groups

  • @kmlismail Chicken , turkey , brown rice , Egg whites , Hard boiled egg whites.

  • @kmlismail check out HODGETWINS videos. This cat just wants to make money and he has no muscles so he shouldn't be giving advice on building them.

  • @kmlismail

your basic meal is gonna be chicken, rice, and potatoes. eat like 5-7 times a day and bust your ass with the weights...

  • Hey there! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate gained tons of muscle with it.

  • pineapple and blueberries are given to ppl after surgery its supposed to help heal scars after surgery and reduce swelling... duno if its true but the docs gave it to my mom after she had surgery (make over not dieases). i need help with protein sources i cant take whey or soy or any protein powder it all causes food poisening... i need natural sources like cottage cheese and stuff thats natural.

  • That's delightful

  • gross just eat natural

  • @561neko It is natural.

  • @561neko U MAD BRO? It is natural. Stupid cunt.

  • a protein shake better than a milk-shake? are you high

  • @OOHSLAX25 Maybe you should try it.

  • 24g's protein (a scoop, about $1.50) pinapple ( $3) No fat yogurt half small tub ($1.50). You could order a cooked chicken for this price.....

  • @thezestjwest

1.50/scoop??? what crazy kind of protein powder are you using?? my whey is only $0.54 per 22g protein!!

  • @tecnolover2642 then your protein is full of nasty shit thats doing doing more damage that good lol

  • God I want that.

  • Good recipe and good pic on protein shakes. Funny how you cut the pineapple, since there was ready one.

  • Loved everything great advice. I haven't seen any of your other videos but I hope you end them all with that cheesy rhyme.

  • Jay, great video. What blender is that?

  • @EndLessLies1 Thank you! That is a Cuisinart blender , but really any high-quality blender will be great for this recipe!

  • i love your protein powder and all of your tips and advice :)

  • Hey, How about plain Greek God yogurt. Would that be bad too?

  • Add this product to add more fiber to your shake!

Remove the pineapple core because it contains lots of fiber!

  • for all the people saying this video is too long. pineapples also come in a can or in a bag frozen.

  • what a g00d diet i wanna l0se b0dy fat and gain muscle

  • I want to lose fat not muscle weight. Also protein drinks don't "melt" fat.... Get your facts straight before you attempt to advertise a product next time buddy...

  • @The1Sherwin The body burns fat automatically when calories are low enough, carbohydrate is in check, and/or you run out of glycogen. Eating properly, including the consumption of a protein shake made properly, can put the body into a favorable fat-burning mode. I am not advertising a product. I am offering a recipe for a healthy and delicious protein shake. --Jay

  • Too long for 1 drink? All you need is a lot of water, natural yoghurt to make it more thick, add a banana or two and some other fruits of your choice and your good to go. Avocado works fantastical -like.

  • I'm diabetic so I modify mine since pineapple and lactose are out. Half cup water, 3 ice cubes, whey powder, 2 tbs freshly milled flax seeds (use coffee grinder), 1 tbsp Coconut Flour, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp cocoa powder, handful of frozen blueberries. You'll never believe that something that tastes so great has zero bad things for you in it. Hamilton Beach makes a $15 personal blender that works excellent for these shakes. Jay is correct about insulin control being the key for optimum health.

  • we wanna gain wieght not lose wieght -.-

  • @grownupTv Eat three balanced meals and have a Jay Robb protein shake after each of the three meals. --Jay

  • i aman advocate of your product and your style. the other companies need to stop the sucralose and all that shit. not only is ur product healthy but your ingredients that you use in the shake

  • milk,whey,creatine,done

  • How many calories is this shake?

  • 1.Do I drink whey protin after workout or before.

2.Do I add sugar it say in my bodybilding book so the muscle does not decrease

    plz reply

  • @raxiboy2050 Drink it AFTER your workout or with your next meal. Do not add sugar. Add a banana, instead, to offer you the carbohydrate you need.

  • @raxiboy2050 after. sugar wont make your muscles smaller but it will make you fat. sugars convert to carbohydrates. just stay from them, altough there are other kinds of "good" carbs that can help aid your muscles and help you gain weight in a healthy way. all depends on your desired goals. just stay away from all the sugar.

  • So why does this drink "burn" fat? Yes, i am sure its low calorie..etc. but what by integrating all these ingredients together indicates the fat burning element? Such statements are always a little bit confusing without a real explanation.

  • @blade004 The Fat Melter is just a catchy name I have given to this drink. No food can, itself, causes the body to burn fat. All a food or drink can do is keep insulin in check, and once insulin is in check, the body can naturally burn fat. Insulin management is the key and insulin secretion is controlled by the foods we eat. --Jay

  • @blade004 The fiber will affect your metabolism and thus you will not be as hungry as you would be normally. Therefore it's not directly burning fat but it makes you eat less which helps burn fat. Research how fiber works if you want a biological understanding.

  • @blade004 Well essentially, it's low calorie and it is very filling. So it basically replaces a meal which could be much higher in fat.

  • @blade004 to tell u the truth no drinks will make u loose weight u have to exercise i use proteins to help me get as much minerals and proteins my body can take so when i go to the gym it will help me bulk up u need to exercisers in order to gain mass

  • @blade004 someone an angry fat boy

  • @linecita102092 Absolutely!

  • After 1:16 you stopped saying the measurements of the ingredients you were adding. Are all the powders 1 ounce? What about the pineapple? 1 cup maybe?

  • @Momoney1210 One scoop of Jay Robb Sweet Dairy Whey, one heaping tablespoon of Psyllium, 1 scoop Jay Robb Stevia and 1 cup fresh pineapple. All the best to you! --Jay

  • how do u make protein shake without gaingin muscle i dont want to look like a meathead girl

  • @503408 its not the protein that matters of what kind of muscle you get. its your workout. for more tone/ slim body do high reps with low weights and the opposite for strength.

  • @503408 idiot protein doesnt make u bigger it just repairs muscle tissue

  • @503408 just use the protein powder and add non fat milk to it and blend it, and then you got yourself a plain protein drink :)

  • do you still need to eat if u have 1 twice aday?

  • @progamerxt If you read my Shake Down Diet, you will see that you can have two of my protein shakes a day and one healthy meal. You can download the eBook for only $5.00 at JayRobb.com. All the best to you! --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises ty im trying to lose 55ilbs so i think by drinking health shakes it will help me get to my goal!

  • @progamerxt You can do it! I recommend you start with my Fruit Flush 3-Day Detox and then follow up with my Shake Down Diet. Both eBooks are only $5.00 and are easy to follow. --Jay

  • Is this a whey-shake which you have to drink just after you're waking up and just after you finished training? Or doesn't it matter when you drink that shake? thanks.

  • @Paulbnl You can drink this protein shake as a meal replacement or before or after a workout. Thank you for your question! --Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises Last question: how long before workout do you need to drink it? I usually drink whey shakes 7 hours before training.

  • @Paulbnl A protein drink is best taken one or two hours before working out. A carb shake may be consumed 30 minutes prior to a cardio workout. --Jay

  • So you have to do this product every single time 3 times a day, i better stop going to work!

  • @darkhunterGPX no some u only do once a day as these for losing weight but if u have a gainer u do it 3 times aday like me :D but yeah u needa do this or i do cus mine taste like shit witouth it

  • @darkhunterGPX but it is a hella lotta pine aplles well need though hah

  • do u HAVE to use a blender, cause i really cannot be bothered to wash the blender everytime i drink it

  • @Tu51ndBl4d3 Yes, you can make a Fat-Melter protein drink by placing 12 oz of nonfat milk, 1 scoop of Jay Robb Whey Protein, and 1 heaping tablespoon of psyllium seed husks in a high-quality shaker bottle, then shake it until thoroughly mixed. Let it sit for five minutes, shake again and enjoy!

  • @Tu51ndBl4d3 their are shakes that mix well so you dont need the blender. If your going to the bodybuilding expo in Vegas next month then wait til then to get one bc you will get some free plus awesome price protein powders. Hope this helps you

  • Hello:) , can this wonderful protein shake used as an after-workout drink instead of "lunch"

    Thankyou

  • @Undertaker8898 Absolutely, you can have this drink after your workout! --Jay

  • seriously to much work for 1 drink. I use 1 banan , 3 dl water , diet fuel 91 % protein and cofee :) remember you need to do this 4.5 times a day if you diet on drinks like I am. I use oliv oil in mine aswell for burn . Good video , but it seems you selling your product and not the drink.

  • @Enjoycola28 Thank you for your kind words and feedback. As a clinical nutritionist I would caution you on your protein drink. In my opinion you are creating a drug-laced highly addictive time bomb that could eventually blow out your adrenal glands. I suggest you switch to a higher quality protein powder (in my opinion the protein powder you are using is an aspartame-laced blend of corn starch and cheap proteins including soy protein), nix the stimulants, and avoid coffee. -–Jay

  • @JayRobbEnterprises what can you tell me of optimum nutrition

  • Optimum’s 100% Whey Gold Standard contains a blend of whey isolates, whey concentrate & whey peptides with ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS & ACESULFAME POTASSIUM. The whey is not derived just an isolate & is from cows not treated with synthetic growth hormones.. Acesulfame Potassium is an ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER. There appears to be very little that, by my definition, is NATURAL about this product. Jay Robb Whey Protein is from cows not treated with rBGH & we ONLY use a whey isolate & NOTHING artificial.

  • @JayRobbEnterprises optimum nutrition has done WONDERS for me.

They also have BCAA"s in their protein which help out a lot

  • looks nice i will try it

pls tell me whats the song 6:46

  • instead of the cillium seed husk can we add flax seed? :)

  • @robynrheaa Yes, Robyn! You can use Flax Seed instead!

  • @thenewgeneration123 less calories and carbs

  • @latoywri and alot less protein!!

  • @thenewgeneration123 For folks that wants to loss weight yes, they dont need all that protein. but for those who want to beef up, use milk on protien. i guess it depends on what your aiming for. Fat loss or beefing up.

  • @latoywri You want to lose fat, not muscles, do you think people cut the protein when they lose weight? WRONG

  • @thenewgeneration123 so your sayin if i ate a whole chicken, I would lose weight? The fact is that Bigger protiens have more cals and for a person that is overweight can not burn cals as high as someone who is in shape/Fit. so a low Protien shake is nessesary to cut the cal intake

  • @latoywri You dont know anything at all, you should get 2x-1,5x your body weight in protein every day to not lose your mucle mass, protein and kcal aint the same thing.

if you burn 3000kcal per day then you must eat less than 3000kcal, if a whole chicken is 2000kcal then you can eat it without problems and lose weight, but as I said, it depends on how much you eat and burn each day

  • @thenewgeneration123 it would be a very Small difference, and as i said overweight folks are not able to burn so many cals in a day than a person that happends to be athletic. And AS a overweight person, im sure i dont know it all, since you know it all, let me ask; WHY is it that they make 24G and 42+

g of protien? does it even matter? why not make 42+ and be done with it?

  • @latoywri a overweight person can burn just as much if not more then athletic people, the only reason they wont is becuase they are lazy, and because they are lazy they get overweight, and i dont understand ur question

  • @latoywri fat people burn faster than non-fat ppl :S

  • @StemNEItilEU Water weight goes first tho

  • @StemNEItilEU save money without the nutty priced protein powders and use organic good dated EGGS.Don't let them tell ya eggs are bad! save your MONEY

  • i have

20 grams of chacolaste whey protein

    nonfat vanilla yogurt 14oz

    a bannana

    some strawberries

    and a bit of granola

    is that good?

  • also do u have to work out after this shake or before?

  • when would you drink this before workout or after?

  • 24/m/CA

Pre-workout shakes are mainly energy supplements (carbs + energy boosters), to increase energy to make ur workout more productive.

Post-workout shakes are usually whey-based protein powder mixed w. milk, and sometimes mixed w. a grain such as oats. These are to help w. muscle repair (protein for growth, carbs for recovery).

Imo, this shake seems like a "meal-replacement"-style shake, a shake u would drink for breakfast/lunch, or as a snack between meals.

  • @TheDeathgodzz post workout

  • after :)

  • how can i loss fat and not muscle.?

  • 24/m/CA

The #1 thing for maintaining muscle (esp. if you're constantly doing cardio) is to consume plenty of protein.

You'll hear all kinds of figures regarding how much one should consume. From experience, 1g/kg of bodyweight is a good amount to follow to maintain muscle mass. If you're 180lbs, that's ~82g of protein.

  • Are protein shakes good for a 14 year old???

will there be any side affects for a 14 year old ?

  • No,not at all 14 is a good age to start. if your parents can buy you some protein whey and get you a gym membership then you're in business. Best investment you can make is in yourself.

No need to make fancy shakes like the one shown in this video. 8oz of water mixed with some protein whey will do it.

    Good luck.

  • what is a good brand of protein shake?i would like to get bigger n get more muscles.what would work for me?i 14 and i play tennis

  • my friends are 14 and im 14 and we have been taking it for a few months already and nothing bad has happened but our muscles have grown and improved faster than our other football teammates. some proteins can be bad but whey is the best for a young growing person

  • i agree dude after almost a week i saw bit of growth in my arm

  • ya if u work hard than it cant hurt you

  • you dont want fruit sugar post workout

  • @quincy3521 You do want the sugar because you need the simple sugars(glucose) to transport the nutrients.

  • 24/m/CA

    Random ? ...

... he said the protein powder he uses doesn't have any artificial sweeteners. Does that mean that the powder is sweetened w. a natural sweetener such as sugar?

    I have to ask b/c I don't think I ever had a protein powder w/o artificial sweetener.

  • Stevia. Some powders that don't use artificial use that or beet sugar and other things.

  • We use Stevia for the sweet taste. Stevia is an herb that the palate perceives as being sweet.

  • itll be sweet enough with just the pinapple... you dont need to go buy stevia

  • lol

"as thick as a milk shake"!!!

hes even thicker than a usual milkshake

  • WHey protein! hahahaha

    can you add Cool WHip???

  • cool hawhip....classic family guy reference was thinking the exact same thing

  • :D haha

  • citrus fruits work very good :)

just wonder how the shake would taste with oranges... must be pretty disgusting... :P

  • He Says "psyllium seed husk"

  • Thanks

  • I tried this, nice mix, works for me =)

  • We're going to use something to make it sweet......sweetness

  • it tastes to good its delicious and helping me lose weight (:(:(:

  • i like pine apple core :(

  • Cool. I also started to drink a gallon of water a day everyday.
