I think the only way this would've been a win is if Chris never entered the Crypt. Had he started in the Ledges (entrance room without the temple guard; other guard had to be in Medusa's Lair), he most likely would've gotten a solo win. What a shame, this was a good team. Still a good run though and one of my favorite losses.

@xHEDGEHOGMAN1x the team chooses who goes first in the break before the temple run. it's not a basis of gender but strategy. since you said the girls would be slower, it might be bad for them to go first if they never hit a temple guard (ex: golden goblet of attlia the hun). she was so slow, the team ran out of time before the second temple guard.

Tough half-win, tough layout, pretty good runners. What really cost them was how much trouble they both had climbing the Pit--that and the slowness of the Well.

Side note: I believe, although I'm not sure, that this is the ONLY EPISODE where a runner takes the diagonal passage DOWN from the Shrine. Correct me if I'm wrong!
