My Laptop gets hanged automatically after every alternative startup and I have to push the power button and start again. I use Windows 7 Ultimate, 4gb ram, 320 gb hdd. Please help me if you can. I have formatted my hard disk numerous time fyi.
@kru94: It is difficult to say what is happening but to isolate the problem after formatting did you load a lot of software or even with basic software it hangs...... first try to figure out if any software is not the culprit..... also try loading temperature monitor to see your CPU temp and usage does it hang when the CPU temp and usage rises a lot....... these things can also happen due to faulty HDD but you need to isolate one thing after the other to figure it out.
@ranjitbhar: yeah I know one software for Mac OS X that can do a similar stuff...... but that is not free it's a paid software if anyone know a free one for Mac OS X please share........ BTW I suggest using Timemachine with a mac.
