@kitaharananase Kinda obvious just by looking but I can fill in some fuzzy areas:

Part 1

Roll out the aburaage and cut each piece in half.

Add Tsuyu(sauce similar to soy sauce, can use that instead), water, sugar and the aburaage.

Put a paper towel on top to keep it submerged and let it simmer and soak up the sauce.

Fry the extra filling(mushroom, tempura scraps and carrot) and add tsuyu(or soy sauce) and a little bit of water.

Mix rice vinegar, the extra filling and black sesame seeds in with the rice.

Shape the rice into a small oval, and fold over the ends of the aburaage(to help seal it later)

Fold the aburaage flaps back and curl inwards. Then turn it over to hide.

Decorate with nori (aburaage is a little bit moist from the sauce earlier so it should stick)

I think the nose is made from sausage or ham.
