At the beginning Lee Hyunjin says "When I meet her there's a story I have to tell her, that I found a reason to live and that I love her." and at the end Junhyung says "I have something to tell my friend. Be happy. I'll always help him anytime" (I wasn't sure who you meant so I wrote both).
