yeah, but at 8mph, 100ft wing span and 500 dollars of batteries per few flights, this is no solution to the world's traffic congestion.

in no way could a plane like that ever be truely benificial

think about how many people would fly something like that. Low and slow. If it crashed you probably wouldnt die. But you can still enjoy flying.

Neither were the Wright Brothers planes they were not truely benificial but just over 100 years later look at it now!
