um I went up the stairs near the undead boss and completely missed the handle that you need to turn to get out.... got lost for ages I'm such an idiot thanks for the help :)

Im sure everyones way past it now but also to unlock that door you can examine the claw from the item menu and on the palm if the claw it has the order of the rings

it's a very narrow area for activation for your crosshairs to be on. Keep trying, I'm sure you'll find it. If not on the top try the sides.

@zero8802 I got it IDK, I googled it the minute I saw it, still no idea .. no properties yet it weighs 25, but when I picked it up .. it like made no fucking difference it weighs nothing .. it just says it weighs 25 or I hit a major bug .. maybe they were trying to make it look like something unimportant, heavy and useless
