I cannot find the logic of the behaviour of Abrahms, if I were a film maker I would have created something more coherent to the old Star Trek.

The LAST movie sucked! Sorry but I am an original series fan and THAT was NOT a good movie based on the original series. It was an excellent action picture but to call it Original series is like calling a Charles Manson a family man!
@Liteninbug I rekon the new star trek was pure awesomeness. It was more original in the way the costumes and ships looked. the only thing different was that there was a lot more production value. Bigger name actors and a great script.
